Fethiye (feh-tee-yeh)Population 56.000 is a very old town scattered with  old buildings retaining the caricture of the old fishing port.  Fethiye old town called  Telmesos (400bc). The near by ıslands of Şovalye adas and Knight island is an excellent natural  Harbour  well protected fromthe winter storms. The much larger outer bay has onemore island..
